Refund policy

**Return/Exchange Policy effective 1/25/2021**

Returns: We understand items don't always work out so we are happy to accept returns and in exchange issue a gift card for the amount of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at nobella@nobellagrace.com. We will approve the return and then issue a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Please note all returns must be received back to us within 30 days of purchase. All clothing must be unwashed, unworn, have no damage (excluding manufacturer defects) and in original packaging. All sale items (Boho Bags, Final Few, Flash Sale, or any items purchased with a coupon code 30% or greater, shoes and accessories) are FINAL SALE. Returns are valid in store credit only. Your credit will be given as a gift card once the item has been received and inspected by our facility. No refunds will be given (unless item has a manufacture defect). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, we will deduct $5 as a restocking fee PER ITEM for any returns processed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if a discount is applied on top of an already discounted item, unless stated otherwise during the sale.

Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a different size in an item you can either:

  • Reorder the item in the size you need and send the original item back to us for store credit
  • Send the item back for store credit and then use store credit to repurchase the item in the size you would like

We can not guarantee size availability and do not hold sizes and/or items. Thank you for understanding!
